We use evidence-based psychometric assessments combined with comprehensive career data to provide personalised career recommendations.

Guidebeam works in three steps: (1) Complete scientifically validated psychometric assessments that measure your personality, values, and preferences. (2) Share your career profile, goals, and life context. (3) Receive personalised career matches with detailed insights on match scores, feasibility, required skills, and career pathways.

You'll complete several evidence-based psychometric assessments covering personality traits, personal values, risk preferences, motivation drivers, work preferences, and career readiness. These assessments typically take 30-45 minutes in total to complete.

We use a proprietary multi-factor algorithm that analyzes your personality profile, personal values, preferences, life context constraints, and existing skills. Each career receives both a match score (how well it aligns with who you are) and a feasibility score (how achievable it is given your circumstances).

Yes, we take data privacy seriously. Your assessment results and personal information are encrypted and stored securely. We never sell your data to third parties. You maintain full control over your information and can request deletion at any time from your account settings.

Yes, you can retake assessments at any time. However, we recommend waiting at least 3-6 months between retakes, as personality traits and core values tend to be relatively stable over time. Your career matches will automatically update based on your most recent assessment results.
